No problem! Follow these simple steps to get you back into your account. 

1. Make sure that you are logged out of all solution's or you will not be able to reset your password

2. Go to https://elifyshuffle.com/#login or through your Shuffle mobile app

3. Select  "Log In"

4. Simply click "Forgot?" on the login page, and reenter your account email that is on file. 

5. Make sure that you are logged out of all solution's or the password reset will not work

6. Check your email! Password reset instructions will be sent to your Inbox, but if you do not see them there, please also check your Spam/Junk folders.

7. Remember, there is a time limit on your password link and this will come from a "no-reply" email address so please be sure to check your SPAM folder.
