When you see "someone viewed your card" means that you have created a campaign and placed that link somewhere and someone has viewed it. Our system cannot collect data from the person who opens a link unless it has been inputted into the Shuffle system.
When you create a campaign you cannot see specifically who has seen the card. A campaign is a one to many option (meaning placed on social media, email footer, etc). If you want to know specifically who has seen your card you will need to create a contact of that person then send the card link to them. The system will generate activity when it has been opened and viewed.
