1. Open the app

2. Select the card that you want to add a Lead Capture to:

3. Tap the card to open the menu:

4. Select "campaigns" :

5. Tap the "Green Plus":

6. Fill out necessary information:

7. Select the button "Include lead capture":

8. Select the toggle to "on". It will be blue:

9. Fill out the necessary fields once the toggle has been turned on. Once completed select the "Check mark":
