This can only be supplied by eWallets. You have 2 options on how to make this request.
Option 1:
1. Login to your Wallets account: eWallets Member Sign in
2. At the Home Page go to "My Account"
3. Scroll down to the section called "Commission Report"
4. Select what year 1099 you would like to download
Option 2:
You can call eWallets at 1-866-844-5682 and request a physical copy to be sent to your physical address.
