Select the card that you would like to add a Lead capture to:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Select "campaigns":                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Select the green plus sign:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Then name the campaign anything that you would like, only you will see the campaign title and description:                                                                                                                                              

Then Toggle on "Include Lead Capture":                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Give your Lead Capture a title that your audience will see and add what information you would like to collect, how often you would like to be notified of the lead capture being filled out and the placement of your Lead capture form. 

Then place your campaign link on social media or share the link however you would like. Afterwards, select done and your campaign will save.:
