Please know that to use the "Facebook Messenger bot" you MUST own a Published Facebook Page.  

Select any card you would like:                                                                                                        

Then select the ellipsis (...) to open "Edit" :                                                                                                                

Select Edit:                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Select "Next" until you have reached "Info":scroll down to "Facebook Messenger bot" button and toggle it on :                                              

Then add your "Facebook Page ID":                                                                                                                                                                           

You have added the "Facebook Messenger bot" option to your card:
