Select any card you would like:                                                                                                                                                  

Then select the ellipsis (...) to open "Edit" :                                                                                                                                    

Select Edit:                                                                                                                                                                                        

Select "Next" until you have reached "Info" scroll down to "Show Save my card" button and toggle it on :
