1. Select Contacts from the main menu:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

2. Select the contact that you want to add a follow up  to:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

 3. Within that Contact select “Follow-Up Reminder”                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

4. Add a follow up by selecting the “Green Plus Sign”:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

5. Then you have the option to set your Follow up settings:
